About
I've spent about 2.5% of my life watching movies.
It's not a huge number. But inside that 2.5%, some films reshaped a single day and others reshaped a whole season of my life. One Movie Every Ten Days exists so that time doesn't just slip away unrecorded — it's one person's space for film and series reviews.
Who writes this
I've watched, rated, and logged more than 1,000 titles myself. Not from press screenings or sponsorships, but mostly on my own dime and my own time. So what you'll find here isn't "films I had to watch" — it's films I wanted to watch, and sometimes ones I regretted watching, written about honestly.
How I write
- I only write about what I've seen. No copied plot summaries, no reviewing films I haven't watched. It starts from what I actually felt in front of the screen.
- Every rating has a reason. Whether it's ★5.0 or ★1.0, I explain why — and I name the weaknesses, not just the strengths.
- Good is good, weak is weak. I try not to inflate a film just because it's a hit, or undersell one just because it's obscure.
What this covers
Reviews and ratings for films, series, and animation — plus a clear sense of who each one is for. Available in both Korean and English.
Rating scale
From ★5.0 (all-time favorite) down to ★0.5 (skip it), in 0.5 steps. Subjective by design, blending craft and personal taste — always one person's view.
One film every ten days, or three in a day — I'll record it as honestly as I watched it.
